We’re looking for someone to lead and develop a high-performing Electronics Design team, delivering advanced hardware platforms for cutting-edge data products. This is an opportunity to combine technical leadership with full lifecycle ownership, working across multidisciplinary teams to bring complex products from concept through to high-volume manufacturing. The role: You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of electronics engineers, driving delivery of robust, high-quality, and cost-effective hardware solutions. As part of that you will take ownership of the electronics architecture and roadmap, oversee designs from concept through to production - including analogue, digital, and firmware elements. The working environment is highly collaborative across all departments - software, mechanical, optical, and production teams.
