This role sits within our Aviation & Gateway business division that provides facilities services for airlines and airports, including Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) assistance, porterage, cleaning, security and baggage screening services, aircraft secure cabin cleaning, security services and immigration presentation services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Aviation & Gateway market. About The Role Working Days 5 on 3 off rotating shift Shifts between 5.00am and 11.00pm As part of your role, your key responsibilities are, but not limited to: Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft. In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment Comply with all Health & Safety regulations. Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria Must have the Right to Work in the UK. Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines. You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employment referencing.
