Role: Senior Product Manager
Location: High Wycombe (1 day/week in the office)
Salary: up to £90,000 + 20% bonus + car allowance

A sustainability-focused organisation in the environmental services space is undergoing a major digital transformation and is building out its Product function to better leverage its core ERP platform across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
They are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of their ERP landscape across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain and act as a key strategic partner to the business. This is a senior leadership role, sitting at the heart of how core business processes are shaped, prioritised, and optimised across the organisation.
As Senior Product Manager tou’ll shape and drive the roadmap based on clear business value and commercial impact, translating strategy into product direction and confidently prioritising competing demand. You’ll also manage a small product team, with scope to grow your remit over time, working closely with functional and technical teams to ensure delivery, adoption, and real business value.

Who they’re looking for:
* Proven experience in Product, Business Partnering, or Transformation leadership roles
* ERP experience across Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain
* Background in complex environments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills at senior/executive level
* Ability to operate strategically and focus on outcomes, value, and prioritisation
