Location: Greendale (vehicle provided, with option to take home)

About the RoleWe're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Traffic Management Operative. You'll start and finish each day at our Greendale depot, so being based nearby is ideal.
A company vehicle will be provided for work use, with the option to take it home.This role plays a key part in supporting clean water repair works across Devon by ensuring sites are safely set up and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Placing 'No Parking' cones on-site ahead of planned clean water repair works
Collecting signs, barriers, and cones from sites once works are complete
Assisting with backfilling when required
Ensuring all traffic management equipment is used safely and correctly
What We're Looking For
A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
A Street Works qualification is beneficial (training can be provided if needed)
Someone comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting and moving equipment
A dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
