We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a busy chilled food manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for immediate work, with ongoing positions and potential to become permanent.
Shift Patterns:
* 4 on / 4 off
* Days: 06:00 - 18:00
* Part-time options available (minimum 2 shifts per week)
* All shifts are 12 hours
Pay Rate:
* From £12.57 per hour
* Pay increases from April 2026
The Role:
* Packing chilled food products on a production line
* Ensuring quality and hygiene standards are maintained
* Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* No experience required - full training provided
* Own transport may be required due to location
* Reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts
