A vacancy has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to work within the SPVU research support team at the Golden Jubilee Research Institute.
It is an exciting opportunity to provide the critical link between the research team and participants in research projects within the SPVU portfolio.
We are seeking to appoint an individual with specialist knowledge of pulmonary arterial hypertension and the evidence-based treatments. As this is rare, it is not the only criteria we will consider. A candidate with a high level of experience in a tangential speciality such as cardiology, respiratory medicine or complex clinical drug trials would also be welcome to apply. The applicant should have relevant post-registration experience of working in the relevant field.
Applicants should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Research Team Lead for SPVU and will work within the nursing and multi-professional team that supports the SPVU portfolio of research projects.
22.2 hours per week over 5 days with an expectation of flexibility when required.
