Location: Liverpool Centre
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £35,000 - £42,000)
Requirement: Full UK driving licence or driving test booked

Training & Development
You'll receive structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed, including:
Candidate sourcing and interviewing techniques
Sales skills, negotiation, and relationship building
Client management and account development
Target setting, mindset, and personal developmentNo recruitment experience required - we're looking for attitude, drive, and potential.
The Role
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Match candidates to suitable education roles
Build and maintain relationships with schools
Work towards targets with clear financial incentivesAs you progress, you'll manage your own clients, negotiate placements, and earn commission on every successful hire.
