Job Description

1. Manage and oversee complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
2. Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients regarding litigation strategies and outcomes.
3. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
5. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop case strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Mentor and guide junior associates and support staff as needed.
