Youll be joining the Cards, Benefits & Expenses team within Transformative Business Services, supporting service delivery for our client MPS. This is a fast-paced administrative role where attention to detail is essential, and where youll play a key part in making sure payroll-related benefits, expenses and schemes are processed accurately, on time and in line with policy and legislation.
This is a permanent, full-time role, based from our Newcastle office, with an expectation of working on site two days per week.
What youll be doing:
1. Processing and administering Cards, Benefits & Expenses activity in line with agreed service levels and timescales.
2. Managing and prioritising your own workload across an allocated area of the team.
3. Calculating, checking and processing salary sacrifice schemes and allowances accurately.
4. Auditing expense claims to ensure compliance with MPS policy and legislative requirements.
5. Responding to queries from employees and managers via RFS and email, providing a positive and professional customer experience.
