Role responsibility :
Responsible for contacting patients who have shown interest in dental treatments—including cosmetic treatments such as clear aligners and cosmetic bonding. This role is all about converting warm leads into booked consultations by understanding patient needs and showcasing the value of our services.
* Make outbound calls to patients who have enquired about dental treatments.
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities.
* Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and conversion targets.
* Building trust and rapport, Guiding patients through the consultation booking journey.
* Take ownership of every interaction, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
* Regularly report on sales performance, conversion rates, and patient feedback to management.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales
* Preferred, but not essential - Patient coordination, or treatment coordination role, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry.
* Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex dental treatments in simple terms. Empathy, patience, and a focus on building trust with patients.
* Basic understanding of dental procedures (training will be provided if necessary).
* Sales training, certification, or a background in customer service is advantageous.

Pay: £25,396.80-£30,000.00 pro rata
