Redfox Executive Selection has been exclusively engaged to identify an exceptional Vice President of Food & Beverage for a globally recognised entertainment and leisure organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a global Food & Beverage function within one of the world’s most recognisable branded entertainment destination operators.
Operating major international resort destinations and theme parks, the organisation welcomes millions of guests annually. Food & Beverage has now been identified as a major strategic commercial growth opportunity, with significant investment planned to transform the guest experience and unlock new revenue streams.
This role is therefore not simply about operational oversight. It is about designing, building and scaling a modern global F&B platform from the ground up.
The Opportunity
The VP Food & Beverage will define and deliver the global F&B strategy, transforming the function into a high-performing commercial engine that drives revenue per guest, margin and guest satisfaction across multiple international resorts.
This role carries single-line accountability for shaping the future of the organisation’s global food offering – from concept design and menu architecture through to pricing strategy, capital deployment and technology implementation.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution, influencing senior stakeholders across a complex international matrix while mobilising operational teams to deliver change at scale.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Strategic F&B Transformation
1. Define the long-term global Food & Beverage strategy across multiple international resort destinations
2. Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve margin and enhance guest experience
3. Build scalable commercial models capable of operating across multiple global locations
Product, Concept & Menu Leadership
4. Lead the design and development of new F&B concepts, menus and product ranges
5. Create commercially robust “good / better / best” product architecture
6. Deliver brand-aligned food concepts that drive guest engagement and spend
7. Ensure strong margin improvement through disciplined menu engineering
Pricing & Commercial Performance
8. Own the global pricing architecture and promotional framework
9. Drive revenue per capita, margin improvement and operational productivity
10. Translate strategy into clear commercial execution plans across resorts
Technology & Data Enablement
11. Act as the executive sponsor for the F&B technology ecosystem
12. Drive adoption of systems including POS, stock, mobile ordering and reporting
13. Ensure technology supports scalable growth and improved guest experience
Contract & Partner Strategy
14. Negotiate and manage large-scale F&B operating contracts
15. Define insource vs outsource strategies across resort locations
16. Align partners to commercial KPIs, concept development and investment programmes
Leadership & Team Development
You will initially lead a newly formed F&B transformation team, including:

18. Concept Development Lead
19. Two Operational Performance Leads
This group is designed to operate as a high-impact transformation “hit squad”, with the potential to scale into a larger global team as the strategy evolves.
The Candidate We Are Looking For
This role requires a rare blend of entrepreneurial mindset, commercial discipline and global leadership capability.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
20. 15+ years senior leadership experience in large-scale multi-site F&B, hospitality, leisure, travel or QSR environments
21. Proven ability to design and launch new food concepts and menu strategies
22. Experience managing large commercial contracts and partner relationships
23. Strong track record delivering major CAPEX programmes and commercial transformation
24. Experience operating in high-volume, multi-location environments
25. Ownership of pricing strategy, product development and commercial performance
26. Ability to influence complex internal and external stakeholder groups
Experience across global leisure, stadiums, travel, resort destinations, entertainment venues or large-scale hospitality groups would be highly advantageous.

Location
The role is ideally London-based, however outstanding candidates across the UK, Europe or North America will be considered.
International travel will be required.
