Reporting to the Stock Manager, the Stock Administrator willbe responsible fortheday-to-daymanagement and maintenance of all aspects of inventory control. Ensuring stock levels areaccurate, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of inventory management. Why NWF Fuels? Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems and excel spreadsheets. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and audits to reconcile discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and alert management when replenishment is required. Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient stock flow. Implement and follow storage procedures to maintain inventory organisation. Investigateand resolve inventory related issues and errors. What will you bring? Experience in an inventory/stock management role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem solve and work on own initiative.
