Location: Hatfield (Hybrid – up to 2 days from home per week)
Salary: £35,000 FTE
Job Type: Full-time (37 hours), 5 days per week – 4 days (min. 30 hours) considered
Office Manager – About our client:
Our client is a not-for-profit organisation making a real difference in people’s lives. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their Leadership Team and ensure the smooth running of the office, facilities, IT, and compliance, while creating a safe and inclusive workplace.
Office Manager – Details:

Office Manager – Responsibilities:
6. Oversee office operations, facilities, and supplier contracts
7. Act as first point of contact for the office, IT, and data protection providers
8. Manage Health & Safety processes, compliance, and training
9. Support GDPR compliance in partnership with external consultants
10. Onboard new staff and volunteers, providing inductions and training
11. Recruit and coordinate volunteers to support administration
12. Organise team meetings, briefings, and away days
13. Contribute actively as part of the Leadership Team
Office Manager – What We’re Looking For:
14. Strong experience in office management, IT, facilities, H&S, and GDPR compliance
15. Contract management skills with focus on value for money
16. Experience leading staff and/or volunteers
17. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
18. Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
19. Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
20. Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
21. Interest in digital innovation, including AI, to improve processes
