Kennedys is seeking a highly organised Claims Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our claims team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of claims operations by maintaining accurate data and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Claims Handlers and the wider team
* Set up new claims files and ensure all documentation is accurately recorded
* Update internal systems with claim progress and key information
* Manage correspondence, including emails and document handling
* Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups as required
* Assist with reporting and data management tasks
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
About You
* Previous administrative experience (insurance or legal environment preferred but not essential)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
