About the Role
As the Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our Growth teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our vision of becoming the UK’s leading provider of early morning end-to-end supply chain solutions. Your expertise in financial business partnering will be essential in:
* Understanding the strategic aims of the business to provide top-notch finance support.
* Collaborating cross-functionally to support tenders and pricing decisions.
* Tracking performance of Growth customers and delivering actionable insights.
* Providing analytical support to both Growth and Finance teams.
* Leading budgeting and forecasting processes focused on revenue and costs.
* Presenting monthly performance updates to the CFO and Executive team.
* Ensuring timely delivery of promises with a commitment to quality.
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Business Partnering team.

About You
We’re looking for a dynamic individual who meets the following criteria:
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in business partnering Sales teams.
* Trusted advisor to peer groups and leadership.
* Experience in a cross-functional environment with evolving decision-making processes.
* A team player who balances finance needs with business objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
* Experience in investment appraisal and business case development.
* Significant forecasting and budgeting experience.
* Strong presentation and spreadsheet skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
