Job Description
Aerospace engineering company have an opportunity for an organised and multi tasking individual to join their small team. As a Technical & Customer Support Representative you will be involved with all aspects of the business including:
* Be the main customer point of contact
* Produce repair estimates/pricing (approved OEM/customer data)
* Coordinate materials, tooling and outside processes
* Support engineering planning and shop-floor queries
* Create BOMs/factory routings and update worksheets as needed
* Help close out NCRs
What we're looking for:
* Experience in manufacturing (aviation preferred)
* Estimating/pricing experience
* General computer skills, strong communication, organised
* Desirable: Part-145, engineering qualification, MRP/ERP experience.
The role is working Mon - Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 & Fri 07:30 to 12:30.
