You will specialise in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments for our reputable Social Housing client, working in domestic occupied properties.

The Electrician role:
* Capable of wiring sockets, fuse spurs, fans, lights, showers, pumps and renewing CCUs with the ability to test and certify the work
* You will be working towards weekly productivity targets based on property completion
* Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.
What will you bring as an Electrician?
* Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with an 18th Edition certificate, which is essential
* Test and Inspect qualifications desired but not essential
* Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
* Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
