Site Assistant / Minibus Driver We are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Assisatnt and Minibus driver to support the smooth running, maintenance and security of our school sites. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines site maintenance duties with driving the school minibus to transport students. Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm £24,378.00 - £25,983.00 Annually (Actual) 37 hours per week - Term time only + 2 weeks and 5 inset days The successful candidate will help ensure the school environment is safe, well maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, while supporting students through safe transport services. Key Responsibilities Site and Facilities Support Assist with maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements, including records relating to: Fire safety Gas safety Legionella management Mechanical and electrical systems Security and access control Grounds maintenance Cleaning and PPE COSHH Working at height Manual handling and lone working Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks within competence. Keep corridors, stairwells and shared areas clear of rubbish and obstructions. Maintain tidy and safe grounds, including clearing litter and leaves.
