Neural Pathways has a unique part‑time opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with at least 3 years experience who is motivated to work across all areas of neurological rehabilitation.

What you'll be doing
* Provide comprehensive assessment, advice, and treatment of clients following life‑changing catastrophic injury
* Maintain a small independent caseload providing Occupational Therapy assessment and therapy for patients with complex rehabilitation needs
* Provide Occupational Therapy as part of the multidisciplinary team, and be involved in interdisciplinary team service developments, meetings and audit as appropriate
* Work to develop a neuro technology offering for our clients; engage with solicitors and case managers to monitor and track client progress and outcomes
* Provide supervision, support and training to junior team members, Therapy Assistants and students as required
* Maintain client records and collect activity data/statistics in accordance with company policy
* Work in accordance with the HCPC professional practice, ensuring practice is evidence based and in line with national clinical standards
* Maintain a professional development portfolio in line with HCPC registration requirements
* Keep abreast of evidence‑based practice in Occupational Therapy through relevant reading, attending in‑service training and external courses
* Be actively involved in research and/or audit activity as directed by the Senior Occupational Therapist
* Keep people safe from any harm and protect their human rights

Qualifications
* HCPC registration
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
Experience
* 3 years postgraduate work experience
* Experience of working within an neurological rehabilitation setting
