Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for a reliable and practical Warehouse & Facilities Operative to support the upkeep and smooth running of their busy warehouse. This is a key support role within the team, helping maintain high standards across the warehouse and ensuring the environment remains clean, safe and organised at all times. What Youll Be Doing Keeping the warehouse and yard areas tidy and well organised Ensuring all rubbish is cleared and disposed of in the correct skips Breaking down and safely disposing of old pallets Supporting general housekeeping duties across the site Assisting with general upkeep and small practical tasks as required Supporting the wider warehouse team when needed What Were Looking For Previous warehouse, maintenance or facilities experience (preferred but not essential) Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks Good awareness of health & safety Reliable, punctual and self-motivated Able to work independently and take initiative A positive attitude and strong work ethic Most importantly, were looking for someone dependable who takes pride in keeping their workplace running smoothly.
