Receptionist

Redditch
£13.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Temporary Ongoing

We are currently recruiting for a professional and organised Receptionist to join a busy and friendly team based in Redditch. This is a temporary ongoing position offering full-time hours and an immediate start for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments
o Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls professionally
o Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
o Booking meeting rooms and maintaining office calendars
o Providing general administrative support to various departments
o Filing, scanning, photocopying and document management
o Updating internal systems and databases accurately
o Assisting with data entry and general office duties
o Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Administrator or Customer Service role
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
o Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
o Professional and friendly telephone manner
o Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
o Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
