Job Summary:
The Stock Controller is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of stock movement, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet business demands. The role includes stock monitoring, reporting, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the system.
2. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with system records.
3. Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring all stock movements are properly documented.
4. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.
5. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
