The Role Otis is enjoying further major project wins and we are proud to help deliver multi-million pound, complex lift installations within High Rise construction projects of iconic buildings within the UK. We are now seeking a talented Project Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume installation / construction projects around the Midlands, Derby, Nottingham and Lincoln areas. Working on key sites with leading edge technology, key responsibilities will include: * Managing all aspects of volume projects, working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk * Defining project objectives, forecasting, undertaking effective day to day management of the project and ensuring that the project runs to time and budget by taking P&L responsibility whilst also delivering operational performance excellence * Customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability Required Skills & Experience: * You will have a strong and demonstrable background in Project Management, ideally within the Lift Industry or similar allied trade (I.e. Construction or M&E environment). * You will have relevant Project Management qualifications * Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently * A highly effective, confident communicator, who can be assertive when required and who also understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service. * You will be commercially astute with the ability to maximise profitable revenue and be able to deliver results in a customer facing capacity where long term relationship building is key. * You will be highly organised, IT literate and able to thrive in a large complex demanding organisation.
