What You’ll Own:
* Full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial performance of the home
* Leadership of a multidisciplinary team — with clarity, discipline, and purpose
* Driving occupancy and maintaining exceptional standards of care
* Embedding a culture of accountability, pride, and excellence
* Acting as the figurehead — trusted by families, respected by staff, and compliant with regulators
What You Bring to the Table:
* A current NMC pin (preferred but not essential) or strong residential care background
* Proven experience managing a care home with strong results
* A commanding leadership presence — you know how to coach, correct, and inspire
* Relentless commitment to standards — you're not afraid to confront underperformance
* Commercial acumen — you understand the numbers and how to move them
