Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DOE

WH Bence is a specialist manufacturer of transportable solutions for the Medical, Emergency Services and Hospitality sectors.Bence design and build mobile units for the NHS and Private Healthcare providers such as Breast Screening Clinics, MRI and CT units; mobile Command Centres, Fire Appliances and Incident Welfare Centres for the Emergency Services as well as Hospitality Suites, Race Car Transporters and bespoke mobile projects for Corporate and Private Clients.
WH Bence is a small to medium sized family run business, friendly and busy.As part of a small team you will be expected to take a flexible approach to ensure a smooth running of the office.
We are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to join our Purchasing Team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Purchasing Administrator, your duties will include:
·Assisting with the supply chain and purchasing of materials
·Buying materials within budgets and on time to progress works
·Building and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
·Conducting price enquiries and comparisons
·Liaising with departments within WH Bence to ensure a smooth running of all projects
·Ad hoc duties as required
About you:
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively with colleagues and suppliers
·Strong time management and prioritisation skills and be able to work effectively in a busy environment
·Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and in particular Excel
·Previous experience in a purchasing environment would be beneficial but not essential.
·Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive attitude.
