Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Night Auditor based in Sheffield. The Night Auditor will manage receptionist duties during evening and overnight hours, handle customer reservations, and assist guests with inquiries. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth night‑time operation by managing cash handling procedures effectively and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Qualifications
* Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing customer inquiries efficiently
* Proficiency in managing Reservations and related systems
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on positive guest experiences
* Proven experience in Cash Handling and financial transactions
* Ability to work independently during night hours and address problems proactively
* Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
* Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field is an advantage
