Service Designer - UK/Remote - £500/Day Outside IR35
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience as a Service Designer in digital delivery.
* Strong understanding of user‐centred design, systems thinking, and service design methods.
* Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes.
* Ability to work with policy, operational, and technical stakeholders.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills.
* Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
* Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and the GDS Service Standard.
