Job Description
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Kenfix equipment and related systems
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in Kenfix machinery
* Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
* Calibrate and adjust Kenfix equipment to meet performance specifications
* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
* Collaborate with other technicians and production staff to optimise equipment efficiency
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with industrial machinery
* Stay updated on the latest Kenfix technologies and maintenance techniques
* Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operators
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of Kenfix equipment
* Train and mentor junior staff on proper Kenfix equipment operation and maintenance procedures
* Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source parts and resolve complex technical issues
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Kenfix equipment operation and maintenance

Qualifications
* Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering, higher technical qualification, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a technician, preferably with Kenfix equipment
* Relevant experience in a similar capacity within a hotel or facilities management environment.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
* Strong knowledge of Kenfix equipment systems and components
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
* Results-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence, safety, and service quality.
* Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative approach.
* Maintains a professional appearance and demeanour consistent with brand standards.
