Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager based in the North West. The Contract Manager will oversee day-to-day contract management tasks, including preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, liaising with project managers and stakeholders, and addressing any contract-related issues promptly. The Contract Manager will also be involved in project planning, budgeting, and coordinating with the in-house design team and supply chain partners for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in contract law and related regulations
* Experience in roofing and cladding industry is a plus
* Proficiency in relevant software tools for contract and project management
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
