Key Responsibilities

As a KS2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring pupil progress and analysing assessment data to inform interventions

* Collaborating with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leadership to maintain high standards

* Maintaining professional standards and adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Have experience teaching Years 3–6 in a primary school setting

* Be confident in classroom management and proactive in addressing challenges

* Have experience supporting SEND and EAL learners

* Be passionate, enthusiastic, and adaptable to new teaching approaches

* Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

* Bring creativity, innovation, and energy to lessons and school initiatives

Desirable attributes include:

* Experience leading a subject or school initiative

* Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and interactive resources

* Experience in extracurricular clubs or enrichment programs
