Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our office.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Office Manager within a corporate business, with a proven track record in planning and organizing a high volume workload. You will be comfortable managing a small reception/facilities team, ensuring they are motivated and the office space is always immaculately presented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Reception Management: Manage a professional reception and switchboard service, ensuring all internal and external visitors have a positive experience.
* Meeting Room and Hot Desk Management: Complete meeting room and hot desk management, including all refreshments for meetings.
* Facilities Management: Complete management of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring facilities are safe and secure.
* Health and Safety: Adhere to H&S requirements, ensuring appropriate training of fire wardens, first aiders, and maintaining emergency evacuation procedures.
* Building Services: Be the first point of contact for the building management team, communicating regarding all building issues.
* Supplier Management: Oversee 3rd party services, including statutory testing, cleaning contractors, and other supplier partners.
* Contract Management: Maintain suppliers' contracts, ensuring they are compliant and renewed appropriately.
* Cost Control: Control and monitor costs, including efficient processing of supplier invoices.
* Relocation Project Lead: Lead the operations of the relocation project, ensuring that the building services are set up from day one, and the move management is completed successfully.

Requirements:

* Strong background in Office Management, with a proven track record in planning and organizing a high volume workload.
* Previous experience of managing an office move will be highly advantageous.
* Comfortable managing a small reception/facilities team.
