* Ensure a safe and secure environment for the child, adhering to safeguarding policies and best practices.

Key Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant UK teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, DTLLS, or equivalent).

* A strong understanding of early childhood development, including language acquisition, motor skills, and social-emotional development.
* Ability to create and deliver a structured, engaging learning experience that meets the child9;s individual needs.
* Experience in using strategies to support attention, engagement, and sensory regulation in young children.
* A caring, patient, and flexible approach with the ability to build trust and develop a positive relationship with the child.
* Good communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
* Understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to ensuring the child's safety and well-being.

* Experience with early interventions such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, or other therapeutic approaches.
* Ability to create and implement sensory-friendly learning activities that cater to a range of sensory needs.
* Understanding of play-based learning and the ability to integrate this into educational activities
