We are currently recruiting qualified Teachers to join a complex SEND school in Hackney, supporting pupils with a range of needs across different age groups. About the School: A well-established SEND school based in Hackney Supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Highly supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment This is a Monday to Friday role, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, within a well-resourced and supportive special school environment catering to pupils aged 4 to 19 years. About the Role: Teach and support small classes of up to 7-10 pupils. Work with students with a range of complex needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) Other complex learning difficulties Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and flexible learning environment Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants and support staff Be able to travel to Hackney The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN A flexible, patient, and empathetic approach Strong behaviour management and communication skills A commitment to supporting each pupil's individual learning journey This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.
