Got a knack with customers? We are looking for a retail sales professional with strong customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have retail sales experience or experience in another customer‑focused sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in a retail sales environment.
- Showcase and explain products and provide fitting services to customers.
- Work through a rota, including weekends.
- Support sales targets and contribute to the store’s sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in retail sales.
- A proactive approach to assisting customers and understanding their needs.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets (preferred).
