I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading multijurisdictional listed company to bring a newly created role to market. We are seeking their first Deputy Company Secretary, based in London, a rare opportunity to shape a role from the ground up.

This position offers the chance to make a genuine impact: you'll work closely with senior leadership and act as a strategic adviser to the Board, helping to drive best‑practice governance across a complex international group. If you're looking for a role with influence, variety, and the freedom to make it your own, this is an outstanding opportunity.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will act as a key governance adviser and provide seamless company secretarial support to the Board, its committees, and senior executives. You will play a significant role in the typical plc lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the UK Companies Act and other relevant international governance frameworks. This is a high‑visibility, senior role requiring discretion, confidence, and the ability to operate effectively at Board level.

To be considered for the role, you will be a chartered company secretarial professional with a proven track record in the plc environment. You will be able to commute to their London offices on a hybrid basis and be willing to travel internationally with the Board.
