Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values daily, promoting an inclusive and positive work environment.
* Own all sales and profit results, managing costs, payroll, sales, and KPIs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
* Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and community partners.
* Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive team environment.
* Ensure policies and operational standards are understood and implemented, including security, health & safety, and stock management.
* Innovate to enhance customer loyalty and promote the brand locally.
* Coordinate stock placement and store operations smoothly.
* Lead change management initiatives and engage the team in new ways of working.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Proven sales record with ability to meet KPIs.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Passion for our brands and retail trends.
* Strong multitasking and pressure management skills.
* Proficiency in POS systems.
* Experience in budget management, including payroll and expenses.
* Exceptional team management and development skills.
