Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead on a flagshipmercial development while overseeing a pipeline of additional projects. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring each project is delivered efficiently and to specification. The role involves close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and stakeholdermunication. You will draw on thepany’s in-house capabilities in structural steel and concrete solutions to drive project success.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience managingmercial construction projects, ideally with a background in structural steel and concrete works. Strong leadership, organisational, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable. You should be confident in liaising with stakeholders andmitted to maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
