We have an excellent opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our Snozone Milton Keynes venue. Working with a strong team of dedicated and professional individuals, your key focus in the role will be to:

1) To provide leadership to all Snozone team members, exhibiting Snozone's values and Brand Standards with every interaction.

2) To be fully conversant with and strictly adhere to, all Health and Safety regulations, Food Safety regulations and Fire Safety regulations.

3) To ensure Snozone's Brand Standards and Terms and Conditions are implemented across all departments and corrective coaching is always applied when found not to be the case.

4) Undertake Senior Manager on Duty responsibilities including the opening and closing of the venue a minimum of 3 times and a maximum of 4 times per week.

5) Contribute to the strategic decision-making process for the venue by attending Senior Manager team meetings by invitation; identify commercial opportunities and areas to strengthen cost control.

6) Ensure that all team members are thoroughly updated and informed about all company information.

7) Deliver the targets and objectives set by your Line Manager.

In addition you will have:

· Strong operational knowledge across leisure, hospitality, and/or retail industries.

· Experience in people leadership and driving performance.

· Excellent guest service skills, standards driven, good organisational skills.

· Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and enjoy it

· Commercial thinking, the ability to increase revenue through up-selling.

· Ability to manage the team and resources available to ensure that the departments are equipped for service via cost controls, stock monitoring and good rota management.

· Ability to communicate to and motivate the team providing day-to-day leadership and direction.

Snozone is open for at least 12 hours a day, across 7 days of the week so you will need to be flexible in your working schedule which will include weekends and early evenings.
