You'll have the opportunity to work from concept through to completion on projects including education (schools, universities), residential, commercial workplaces, hospitality, and more.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs an Architect, you'll be part of a collaborative design team delivering high-quality, design-led projects.
You'll contribute at all stages of the design and delivery process and be expected to work proficiently in Revit, which is used throughout the practice.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead or contribute to the design and delivery of projects at all RIBA stages\nPrepare, develop and edit drawings, models and presentations using Revit\nSupport the planning process and liaise with relevant authorities as required\nEngage in design team meetings, contributing technical and design expertise\nProduce high-quality design and technical packages\nCoordinate with consultants and contractors during design and delivery\nStay up to date with building regulations and legislation\nManage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, creative environmentRequirements:\n\nARB-registered Architect with approx. 3-5 years' post-Part III UK experience\nProficiency in Revit is essential\nStrong design portfolio and a solid grasp of technical delivery\nGood understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations\nExcellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills\nA proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and within a teamDesirable:\n\nExperience delivering large-scale or multi-sector projects\nInterest in sustainable design and innovationWhat's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary: £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)\nHybrid working and flexible hours\nLife assurance, pension, and CPD support\nA progressive and inclusive studio culture focused on employee wellbeingTo apply, hit "Apply" now or contact James Jackson at Conrad Consulting for more details
