We're seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Services to join their Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future of a well-established and growing organisation. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond service management and into a role where you'll influence organisational strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive innovation across a diverse range of services.
Location: South West London (Office-based with travel across the region)
Hours: 28 or 35 hours per week - Hybrid (4 out 5 days on site)
Salary: £39k to £42k
Contract: Permanent

What You'll Do
• Lead and support Service Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding
services.
• Shape and implement strategic goals and growth plans.
• Represent the organisation with funders, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Support income generation and funding applications.
• Deputise for the CEO and contribute to the development of the Senior
Leadership Team.
