Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chairman
Location: Ripon (with travel to Bedale and occasional visits to Leeds)
Hours: 2.5 3 days per week (flexible)
Salary: Competitive, DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a busy Chairman involved in both business and community work. This is a varied, part-time role ideal for someone proactive, discreet, and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage diary, emails, and appointments
* Organise travel (domestic & international)
* Provide admin support across professional and personal matters
* Liaise with internal and external contacts
* Assist with reports, errands, and community projects
* Offer basic IT support and troubleshooting

Requirements:

* PA experience
* Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confident, discreet, and flexible
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Willingness to travel locally
