ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an engineering-focused role dedicated to the practical implementation of AI. You will design the logic for AI agents and optimize how our platforms interact with LLMs, ensuring that AI features are functional, brand-safe, and technically sound.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and implement agentic workflows and prompt strategies.
* Develop RAG systems to allow AI models to interact with specific client data sets.
* Optimize AI performance, focusing on token usage, latency, and response accuracy.
* Work within the Python stack to deploy AI services into production.
* Benchmark AI outputs against established quality and safety guardrails.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* Strong software engineering foundation with proficiency in Python.
* Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and API orchestration.
* Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into stable, shippable product features.
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:
* Experience with Python for data processing and model evaluation tasks.
* Experience with Weavy or similar.
* Experience with C#/.NET.
* Knowledge of frontend technologies for building conversational UI prototypes.
