You'll manage every stage of the payroll cycle, weekly and monthly, from data collection and validation through to gross‑to‑net calculations, statutory payments, deductions, RTI submissions, pensions, and year‑end reporting. You'll be the person who ensures accuracy, compliance, and calm, even when deadlines compete. As the payroll lead, you'll also support HR operations, helping shape processes, data structures, and reporting from the ground up.
