Are you ready to lead high-impact projects that truly make a difference? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Project Manager to join our Client Services Delivery team within WTW’s Outsourcing Business Solutions function.
In this role, you won’t just manage projects—
1. you’ll own the delivery of complex, pensions-related initiatives for some of our key clients.
2. From strategic planning to final delivery, you’ll be at the heart of it all—guiding multiple workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring every detail is accounted for.
3. You’ll work across various lines of business, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create and execute end-to-end project plans that drive real value.
4. Your ability to see the bigger picture while keeping an eye on the details will be essential.

The Role
5. Achieve project delivery deadlines within scope and budget. Ensure out of scope activity is identified and additional costs managed with the client.
6. Drive high quality project governance, risk and issue management.
7. Deliver quality updates on programme delivery status to the Client Steering Committee.
8. Participation in client Working Groups, calls and technical workshops.
9. Co-ordinate internal resources, on and offshore, for the execution of the project delivery plans.
10. Identify and efficiently resolve issues identifying solutions which will enable projects to be effectively delivered in accordance with client requirements.
11. Creation and tracking of project plans.
12. Management of project change requests
13. Management of project RAID’s.
14. Management of project budgets.
15. Management of project resource demand.
16. Relationship management with clients.
17. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
