An established and well-respected specialist primary setting in West London is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team supporting children with autism and complex communication needs.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out detailed assessments to identify pupils’ speech, language and communication profiles
* Design and deliver targeted interventions, both 1:1 and group-based, that are functional and engaging
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to integrate communication strategies into daily routines
* Track and evaluate progress, adapting approaches as needed
* Support the wider staff team with training and resources to embed best practice in communication
* Promote a communication-rich, autism-friendly environment across the school
Ideal Candidate:
* HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist
* Experience working with autistic children or pupils with additional needs
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
* Confidence delivering evidence-based interventions in educational settings
* Creative, proactive, and reflective in practice
