The Role
* Adhere to high Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards, reporting any issues promptly.
* Perform dimensional and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications.
* Set and operate machinery both manually and via computer systems.
* Maintain flexibility in operating various machines and ensure they are cleaned and maintained.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives with your Team Leader.
* Keep accurate production records and help improve KPIs through efficient use of labour and resources.
* Minimise downtime by planning ahead and ensuring material availability.
* Assist in prioritising tasks to maximise team productivity.
