Senior Palliative Care Nurse/Paramedic – 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary £37,081 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £44,078 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and participate in the delivery of holistic patient centred care
* Provide specialist symptom control to patients
* Provide professional leadership to support colleagues in providing high quality care
* Ensure patients and their families experience is professional, welcoming, relaxed and friendly
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and provide reports as required
What we’re looking for:
* Knowledge of complex symptom control and understanding of symptoms of palliative emergencies
* Experience in caring for patients with palliative and end of life needs
* Keen to learn new clinical skills to actively support our ongoing service development and delivery
* Experience of supporting junior staff
* Advanced communication skills
* NMC Adults Nursing level 1
