Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
Salary: Up to £60k - office based
Overview
Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the Tech Industry seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a high-performing technical team and oversee day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a technical team
* Oversee delivery of projects and operational activities
* Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
* Support strategic planning and team development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in technical or professional services environments
* Must have experience and a key interest in People Management as well as the commercial aspect of the role
* Proven experience in leading Projects and Project Management
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support business growth
