Were looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our Engineering Services team. In this role, youll deliver innovative solutions that improve current production motorcycles. Youll work collaboratively across departments to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a varied position where youll provide design expertise across the business to ensure the smooth operation of Triumph. Manage projects to meet time, cost, quality, and specification targets. Work within cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements using tools like 8D. Provide design support across departments and maintain project plans. Communicate effectively across the supply chain and deliver against KPIs. Follow and challenge processes to enhance efficiency, escalating risks when necessary. Support additional projects and ad-hoc tasks as required. Design Engineer requirements: Meng or Beng in an Engineering related subject. Inc C/ 4 in GCSE Maths and English.
