Qurated are looking for ambitious trainees to join our rapidly growing challenger consultancy and executive search firm. With some experience post-graduation, you'll now be keen to start your career, either transitioning from another field or as a first step into the commercial world.
As a Talent Analyst, you’ll be building relationships with senior-level candidates to gain a broad understanding of our business, clients, and services. Through structured training and support, you'll develop the skills needed to progress into one of four key areas: Consultancy, Sales, Recruitment, or People Engagement. This is a fast-paced role where you'll learn quickly and develop essential skills to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you’ll be doing
* Building commercial knowledge through training, networking and recruiting for projects.
* Researching market trends, company structures, and hiring patterns.
* Developing relationships with senior professionals to understand their experience, drivers, motivations and fit for clients.
* Supporting research, analysts and delivery on projects and client work.
* Share market insights and candidate intelligence to support Consultants internally.
* Attending Qurated and client events to grow your network and learn fast.
* Contributing insights and data that inform our internal and client-facing work.
Where this can lead
After training, you'll be set up with the skills to transition into one of four areas based on your strengths, interests and business needs:
* Recruitment/ Talent: leading on senior talent recruitment, managing hiring processes for our consultancy projects.
* Sales: focused on building and developing commercial relationships to drive revenue for your practice area.
* Consulting: shape and deliver outcome-based consultancy projects for clients
* People Engagement (PMO): supporting with the management of projects, driving consultant experience, and ensuring client satisfaction
What we’re looking for
* A 2:1 degree or equivalent with extra-curricular achievements that show your drive
* Some post-uni experience (grad scheme, industry role, or other relevant work)
* Clear examples of resilience and desire to excel, through work, sport, leadership, or personal projects
* Attention to detail, a willingness to learn fast, and a proactive mindset
* Good communicator, comfortable engaging with senior professionals
